  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • During peak seasons, sales, or high order volume, processing may take up to 5–6 business days
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time: 2–5 working days after dispatch
  • Remote areas may take slightly longer

⚠️ Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Courier delays
  • Public holidays or strikes

Shipping Charges

For claims, parcel opening video is strongly recommended.

While we try our best to deliver on time, Galaxiee is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural events or unforeseen circumstances
