Return & Refund Policy – Galaxiee

At Galaxiee, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and risk-free. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


15 Days Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy, which means you can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging
  • Must include receipt or proof of purchase
  • All accessories, manuals, and original box must be returned

Important: Parcel Opening Video

  • Customers are strongly advised to record a video while opening the parcel
  • This is required for claims related to:
    • Damaged items
    • Missing items
    • Wrong product received

⚠️ Claims without an opening video may not be accepted.


How to Request a Return

To start a return or exchange:

⚠️ Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping & Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Delivery charges (even for free delivery orders) will be deducted from refunds
  • Ensure product is safely packed (no tape or writing on original box)

COD Orders – Government Tax Deduction

As per government regulations (effective July 1, 2025):

  • 2% Income Tax + 2% Sales Tax is deducted on all COD orders
  • This 4% amount is non-refundable as it is submitted to the government

Refund Example:

If your order total is Rs. 10,000:

  • Govt Tax (4%): Rs. 400
  • Shipping Charges: Rs. 300

Refund = Rs. 9,300

We appreciate your understanding, as these are mandatory deductions.


Damaged / Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours
  • Share parcel opening video for verification

We will arrange replacement or solution accordingly.


Processing Time

  • Return inspection: 1–2 working days after receiving parcel
  • Refund processing: 3–5 working days

Refund will be sent via:

  • Bank transfer
  • Easypaisa / JazzCash

You will receive a payment confirmation screenshot once completed.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care products (used items)
  • Perishable goods
  • Customized or special order products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

For faster exchange:

  • Return the product first
  • Place a new order once approved

Policy Rights

Galaxiee reserves the right to accept or reject any return request based on product condition and policy compliance.
