1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and what is the delivery time?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.
Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service.

2. Can I open the parcel before payment?

No, parcel opening before payment is not allowed by courier companies.

However, we offer a 15-day return and exchange policy for your peace of mind.
We strongly recommend making a parcel opening video at home for any claims.

3. What payment methods are available?

We offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Prepaid options (Bank transfer / Wallet / Card, where available)

For bulky or high-value orders, a small advance payment may be required, which is adjusted in the total amount.

4. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours
  • Share your parcel opening video

Our team will resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

5. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes, we offer 15-day returns and exchanges.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Must include all accessories and proof of purchase

6. Are there any deductions on refunds?

Yes, the following may apply:

  • 4% government tax deduction on COD orders
  • Delivery and return shipping charges

These are standard and not retained by us.
